At school level, a student can take a combination of any four subjects to get into the Army. For entry into the Navy/ Air Force, it is necessary to take up Physics and Mathematics at school. 2. BSF/ Coast Guard Officer

Border Security Force Officers are Central Armed Police Officers charged with guarding the country’s land border during peacetime and preventing transnational crime. Coast Guard Officers are employed for guarding a country’s coast and are responsible for the safety, order, and operation of maritime traffic in neighboring waters.

Those wishing to become Civil Services Officers are to appear for a series of entry level examinations. The individual must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 30 years on 1st August, in the year of examination. The individual must also hold a Graduate degree before appearing for the examination. On clearing the different levels of the examination, they are allotted different branches of the Service as per their rank and preference.
