1. Civil Engineer

Civil Engineers create, improve and build the infrastructure of cities and towns. They design and oversee construction and maintenance of buildings and other structures like roads, railways, airports, bridges, harbours, dams, irrigation projects, power plants and water & sewerage systems.

At school level, one can take up Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The criteria for marks for admission into Bachelors may vary from college to college but to secure a seat in a top college one should try and score at least 80% to 85% marks in class 10+2.

2. Real Estate Developer

Real Estate Developers oversee the purchase of existing or undeveloped residential, commercial or industrial land. They make improvements to existing buildings, construct new structures and sell/lease the improved land or buildings for profit.
